PAYMENT:
A $500 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. Then 90 days prior to arrival, half of the rental fees are due with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking occurs less than 90 days from arrival, half the rental fees will be due with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking occurs less than 30 days from arrival, the full amount of rental fees will be due at the time of booking.
We can accept payment via all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) either processed in-house or through our secure link. We also accept PayPal payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, we can send you an invoice via email from which you can complete the payment using a credit card or e-Check.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel in writing 90 days prior to arrival, all fees paid will be refunded. If you cancel in writing less than 90 days prior to arrival, the $500 deposit will be refunded, but all other paid fees will be held unless another reservation can be made for your dates. In that case, all paid fees will be refunded at the time the other booking is confirmed.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. We like to meet our guests on arrival to show you around and answer your questions. If your arrival time is later than 7:00 pm, however, we will not meet you at that time but ensure that you have the key code and arrival information and that everything is prepared for your arrival.
