.    This spectacular destination has just been added to our list of great vacation rental homes. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath property boasts a family friendly open living, kitchen and dining area with breathtaking views of the pool deck, the expansive waterway and lush, South Florida landscape. It is just a short distance to the cruise ships of Port Everglades, a myriad of famous restaurants, shops and, of course the beach.The home has a large great room featuring 65" HDTV, DVD with library and free WIFI plus two sleeper sofas and a trundle bed.  The huge gourmet kitchen features a natural gas stove and oven as well as all stainless appliances and is stocked with spices and all the cooking needs that one can imagine.  The themed bedrooms are decorated to reflect the beach, ocean and South Florida lifestyle.  The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath plus HDTV.  The second bedroom has a queen bed plus an HDTV. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and HDTV.
     Outside take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear pool then work on your tan on one of chaise lounges as you gaze over the spectacular view of the waterway.  Later throw some steaks or shrimp skewers on the gas barbeque grill while enjoying your favorite adult beverage.  Watch your kids splash and play in the sparkling pool. This home is the perfect family vacation choice.
     Enjoy an optional adventure by taking a leisurely wine and cheese excursion on our Duffy electric boat. Your captain will take you on a river and waterway tour of the Venice of America.  View fabulous multi-million dollar waterfront properties that can best be seen from the water during evening hours. The property was amazing! So clean and spacious!

The house was lovely, and it had EVERYTHING you could ever need. We went for a girls trip and loved sitting out by the pool each day. The house is laid out perfectly for a group, and very spacious. Beautiful home right on the inter coastal!! Super clean with so many amenities.

When we first arrived, we were thrilled to see a beautiful fruit basket for us and a little sign welcoming us to the home. This house is so clean and so comfortable. All you need is to bring some groceries and you're set. Each bathroom had a basket with toothbrushes, razors, loofahs, body wash, etc. The pool was amazing, even has a couple rafts to float around on!! Love Paradise Point!

To begin with, I have to give praise to Jan and Tom. They were great to work with, highly responsive and professional, and were able to accommodate our requests. Excellent team. The house is exactly as advertised and beyond. Spotlessly clean, inside and out, pool included. Really nicely decorated, and was comfortable for our group of 10 people. It was also well stocked with all of the little things that made the stay super easy- paper towels, cleaning supplies, lots of bath and pool towels etc. The property itself is beautiful, and offers a great sunset view from the backyard looking toward the house. Everything from sunscreen to shampoo has been provided for you in order to make this a vacation you will always remember. We provide brochures on nearby activities as well as menus from our favorite restaurants. The house comes with WiFi and internet access and we supply beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for those sunny days on the sand. A pack n play and/or high chair are available on site. This is truly a home away from home but one that also reflects the South Florida lifestyle. We do have a minimum age requirement of 25. Also pool heat is an option at $20/day.
