An amazing family holiday!

Our vacation var wonderful! At arrival we were welcomed with a nice pool, muffins and a beautiful house. It was clean and well maintained and we also received good costumer service. We all fell in love with the looks of it, and we enjoyed ourselves a lot as it felt very luxurious, cozy and safe. The whole neighborhood was filled with beautiful houses and the streets with nice and welcoming people. Just hardly a 5-10 minute walk from the house you could find yourself amongst many stores and restaurants, all the stores you may need. The location of the house compared to the beach, is perfect! Just a small 2 minute walk. The Beach was huge and with surprisingly very few people compared to how much space there were. The water and waves was great, although we got a close meeting with the Portuguese warships, haha. All in all we all had a super fun, amazing, beautiful and warm vacation in the coolest house. Excellent experience, location and complete kitchen. Insufficient air conditioning in the dependanc.

Ottima proprieta. Villa in ottima posizione. Grandi spazi. Pulita. Cucina attrezzatissima Aria condizionata insufficiente nella depandance e gelida nelle stanE da letto della villa. Terza camera con 2 lettini molto piccoli. Siamo stati benissimo. La prossima volta sicuramente sceglieremo la stessa Villa. Posizione ottima. Supermercati ristoranti e tutti i servizi. E poi vicinissima al mare

Excellent location, very clean, open, modern, and comfortable!

Jan and Tom were very welcoming and accommodating although I can't think of anything that the place was either missing or might need improvement on! Exceptionally clean and comfortable inside coupled with a nice pool area and gas grill, plenty of seating and an umbrella for shade. The furniture was very very comfortable making watching TV in the great room a pleasure. Also the place was well stocked with paper goods, detergent and cleaning supplies, dishes, utensils, etc. Would definitely rent again! - (Aug 2018 - VRBO)

Great house with close and easy beach access!

Fantastic House and Area!

My husband and I had never rented a house for a vacation before. We were attending a few family events in Florida. Our sons are grown with significant others and we live in different states out West. I saw an Ad and decided to check it out. The house was perfect for all of us. The beach was literally steps away and the pool sparkling. Every amenity was met with forethought. Beautiful, Clean Home with Good Location

The listing is very accurate and just as shown in pictures, maybe even better in person. The property is updated and very clean. The pool and patio area was beautiful and also very clean. Fantastic beach chairs were provided and house is a very short walk to the beach. Also there are several good restaurants in walking distance. We have stayed in lots of vacation rental properties and I think what makes this one stand out is the owner's attention to detail/cleanliness. It was nice that pienty of supplies were provided as well - paper products, laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies. trash bags, basic toiletries, etc...that was definitely a plus that you don't get at most places. One of the Best Places for a Relaxing Family Vacation!

We had an amazing time staying at this home in Ft. Lauderdale! First, the service provided by Tom and his son while we were there was EXCEPTIONAL! They were very friendly, greeted us there to check us in, answered all our questions, and provided us a wonderful welcome basket upon our arrival. Top-notch service! The home has a wonderful location - quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, and on a great street to stroll for a run/walk or bike ride. The home has been remodeled and is in wonderful shape - the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, every part of it were great. But the best thing - the POOL! The kids loved being able to go to the beach some days, and relax right out the front door on others. We had a very comfortable, relaxing, and family-bonding vacation. Perfect stay

The location of the house is what makes it the perfect vacation rental with its 200ft walk to the beach. The house is well equipped which made cooking and maintaining a home feeling easy.
