Beautiful living space in a great location! Close to everything.

When you are in charge of finding a place for three couples to stay, it is a little nerve wracking. Wanting to stay near my favorite beach town, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, I searched quite a while. We could not have loved this place more. Our whole group was so impressed and they thanked ME for doing such a good job finding it :) Tom, Jan, and Scott were so kind and welcoming. The place is CLEAN, comfortable, and convenient to everything LBTS. With every room having its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioner, there is always a chance to get away from the group, if you want, but the gathering places are ample and inviting, outside and inside. The amenities are just as listed--unbelievable. Beach chairs and umbrellas make it so convenient when travelling from far away. This is a great place! Excellent stay at this apartment. Restaurants, shops and the beach right at your door step. The apartment is clean and very well equipped with everything that is needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler on wheels which made it easy to take to the beach. 2nd Stay just as Good as 1st

My 2nd visit to this condo. Would have never returned if the 1st was not as pleasant as it was. I was not disappointed. Still kept up very well. The condo is clean and stocked with all the necessary and useful amenities. The location cannot be beat. Was ideal for a golf trip in the area. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores and even gas station. Home was clean, and all the furniture was in outstanding shape. The only thing bad about this home is having to leave when vacation is over

So many things to say about this rental and the hosts... where to begin? The hosts - Jan and Tom - are absolutely exceptional. When it comes to vacation rentals, they set the bar extremely high and still manage to out-do themselves. The guests' personal comfort and enjoyment is at the top of their must-do list, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is 100% perfect. The home itself is absolutely wonderful. What the pictures don't show is that each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, making it to where everyone has their own privacy when it comes to bathing, primping, or using the loo. Each bedroom also has it's own air conditioner (as well as the living room) so that everyone can have their own climate control. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and every other thing you can possibly want. Cleaning supplies are provided, because... well, lets be honest - you're 100 yards from the beach. Sand and dirt are going to happen. Its great to know that you don't have to go out and purchase cleaning supplies, though. Now for the kicker, what really set this home and hosts above the rest: Almost everything you can think of is provided. When we entered the home, there was a basket of fruit and a little sign welcoming our family. In each bathroom, there were new toothbrushes, toothpaste, body washes and sponges, razors and shaving cream, as well as other little things provided. Beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs were also provided. The laundry facilities were free to use, and detergent and softener were provided. Extra towels and linens were available to be used if needed. Jan and Tom took the time to provide all of these things to make sure that when you are on vacation, you are truly on vacation (and not having to go out and get supplies). My family has already made the decision that we will definitely use this as our go-to place when renting a vacation home, and are already planning a trip for next year with extended family to rent the other villa in the duplex. - (Jun 2018 - TripAdvisor)

I'm now spoiled. No more hotels for me.

My beach house stay was wonderful. The house was so spacious. With 3 bathrooms there was never a wait. Everything was so convenient. We flew into West Palm Beach because the airfare was cheaper. It was only a 40 minute drive to the house. We had to go to the convention center a couple of times and we only had to take one road to get there. The house is about 2 block from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. My daughter loved the hamburger place across the street, me, I got ice cream at 3 of the 4 or 5 ice cream parlors around the corner. But back to the house. There was everything you even thought you needed there. Comfortable beds, tvs in every room, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys, a full kitchen and laundry room. There was even a water hose outside to wash the sand off before going back inside. I loved the clothes line outside. I hung the swimsuits out to dry overnight. The only thing missing was a step stool. I am not quite 5 ft and I could not reach the second shelf in the kitchen LOL. Did I mention the welcome basket. We got in late and had to be at the convention center at 8:30 the next morning. The welcome basket had everything we needed for a quick breakfast, a real life saver. Very comfortable and excellent location

The house is much prettier than it looks in the photos. It is very comfortable and clean. It is a block and a half from the beach, which is perfect for not walking a lot with children or having to pay parking. It has all the necessary equipment for cooking. In addition, the house was delivered to us with everything necessary to inhabit it without having to run to the supermarket. The most important thing for us was to feel supported and advised when we learned about Hurricane Irma. In our country these climatic events do not happen so we had no experience of how to act. Ideal place for Family Beach vacation

We recently stayed for a week at Jan and Tom's rental villa. Jan provided timely responses prior to our trip and the place was all set for us when we arrived. This property has an awesome location with proximity to the beach and restaurants. The place was exactly as advertised and touch of little things such as beach towels, sun screens, beach chairs etc made it fun and enjoyable. Great place for families

This is our second time renting this property, again was a great experience.
